Do you see any burns? No! Why? because what burnt was the physical incarnation of Hachibi's Chakra, not Bee himself
It's the same as Kyubi cloak used to be to Naruto.As Jiraiya explained, The cloak protects him from external wounds but hurts him with it's corrosion. Now Bee having full chakra mode prevents him from the sides effects.
