Well, Deadpool is the only charachter in Marvel who has broken the 4th wall. That means that he knows he's in the Marvel universe, that people are reading the comic he's in and the world we live in. So he usually quotes popular stuff like Star Wars, Star Trek, Micheal Jackson and tends to interact with the reader. But, obviously no one else in Marvel Universe understands what's going on.

And due to his nature of being a homicidal cynical maniac with a few screws loose, the other charachters don't pay any attention to his babbling.
