When was the 3rd Databook published in Relation to the manga? (ex:right after naruto defeats pain)

The Third Databook was published on 09.09.2008, and the last volume before it's release was Volume 44: Handing Down Senjutsu. So, it was in between Volume 44 and Volume 45. :yeah:
