Naruto
^^ This could be more accurate stats... Naruto's base speed is underrated and could hardly but nevertheles hit 5 point, Naruto improved a lot in base state after Sage trenining.. Naruto's taijutsu should be five as well... as He improved since The Sage trening also in base state. Naruto's intelligence also improved a bit and not so much of course, as he got some Kurama help but he came alone with some great idea and to all haters Kishi only use Naruto being dumb or clueless about some thing as COMIC RELIEF
Lastly, Databook stats only decide how skilled is one shinobi in compare to other and also wether he/she is well rounded (has good stats in the most or all categories) or is just master/expert in one or two categories.
As Jirayia said once in one part: " The master of one or two techniques can trump any other well rounded shinobi who has much more techniques."
EDIT: Also his stat in genjutsu could be higher for 05. or even 1 point since he became Perfect Jin of Kurama and has perfect control of chakra... which as we know could make easy for him to get out of chakra by overpowering it with chakra... also maybe could make him capable of using genjutsu Technique rank D or even C

Hm? I was giving what I believe is honest stats. I guess you didn't read the whole, "READ THIS FIRST" in bold letters saying Naruto is the actual strongest on this list. Typical.
Neji is pretty fast, but just because his speed has the same stat doesn't mean he is faster or even on par with Itachi's speed stat. It just means Neji has improved from 4.5.

Taijutsu: 5/5
Genjutsu: 5/5
Intelligence: Infinity/5
Strength: 5/5
Speed: 5/5

Another Naruto fanboy doesn't read the info beforehand saying Naruto is the strongest on this list and higher stats just mean how "skilled" they are.
They're not. Minus the parts that tell you the stats for databook 1, 2, and 3. Databook 4 is just my interpretation of how the manga is doing.

But the reason I didn't give Naruto a base stat of 5 in speed is because I haven't seen enough to warrant him a five in his base.
His intelligence is very high in battle strategy, but the intelligence stat combines battle strategy, observation, leadership skills, and book smarts. He's a great leader and strategist, an OK observer, but his book smarts is really pathetic, which brought down his intelligence stat.
And while Kurama can get Naruto out of genjutsu, Naruto isn't adapt at casting it or breaking out of it, by himself. I'm not sure if they will count Kurama in Naruto's genjutsu stat, so I decided just to count what I believe he is without Kurama helping him there.

Sakura ninjutsu is most likely a 5, her handseals is most likely a 5, her intellegence probably increased, aswell as she genjutsu too.

Like you said being high (lol) doesn't measure power lol. But He medical ninjutsu is pretty bad ass, same as Tsunade's most likely and she has a 5 in it, her handseals is probably related to chakra control because she has had the highest in that since the begining and she doesn't really require hand seals to perform jutsu now, so that should be a 5, she intellegence seems underrated to me but that is Kishi's fault, lol, can her genutsu should increase it just has to and beside the yinseal should serve as an extra resistance to it. Right?

That is some very good points! I took in account of Naruto's speed when saving Sakura from sasuke (I made his speed a 4.5 and go up from being a 3.5).
His intelligence stats are showing promise, but his dumb moments (even if his comedic effect), show he's not on par with his teammates.
He did tell Killer B info, but tbh, he also figured stuff out other stuff just to forget about it. Now, despite this, I had trouble deciding whether or not to put him at 3.5 or 4. But I remembered that Kisame hoshigaki has a 3.5, and he's in the upper average in intelligence.
Naruto always struck me as a "Can't explain the process of the plan but is able to do the plan." Kind of like Goku from dbz, but smarter.
The taijutsu stat doesn't change in any of his forms. That's just how good he is at hand to hand combat. His physical attributes increase though. Except with Sage mode, that actually does in fact increase his taijutsu; Due to frog kata and increasing every stat. Though if you have biju mode and can't be touched, who needs genjutsu, hand seals, intelligence, or taijutsu? Just speed spam them.
His Ninjutsu stat is a personal opinion. I don't think he could've learned and perfected sage mode without having a Ninjutsu stat on par with Jiraiya, who couldn't master sm.
