"Naruto?" A man asks as he looks upon a boy with a tail and ears. His orange like eyes open and he realizes that he is being held by a pail Shinobi. He holds upon his head a hand band bearing a musical mark. "Who… who are you?" the boy asks. Bruises and cuts all over his body from a recent and hard-hitting mob attack. "I am Orochimaru… and if I guess correctly you are Naruto Uzumaki "He said while stretching his tongue out. Naruto looked up and nodded and began to shake all over. He then had tears coming out of his eyes. "Please… no more… please" he said with a child like sob. The amount of cuts he had upon and the amount of beating he had taken… no one could blame him that the natural reaction when someone said his name was fear. The fear of death, never living life flooded the boy.
"Naruto" "Please… don't… I don't want to die" he screamed, his tail lashing out as the man reached with his hand "Relax… I am not going to harm you… unlike this village" Orochimaru hissed, he pushed through the tail and rubbed Naruto's head.
Naruto looked up at the man with tears flowing out of his eyes. He did not fathom and maybe not believed that the man said he would not hurt him. He slowly stood up out of the trash he was tossed into. he had little to nothing. He had no shoes… a torn shirt… his eyes were black and blue and a gash across his chest. "Please… I promise… I won't do it again… I know it was wrong." He said while he silently sobbed, tears flowing out of his eyes. "What did you do Naruto-Kun" Orochimaru hissed in a question. Naruto pointed smashed apple in the alley; he had stolen it because he was desperately hungry.
"They beat you over an apple?" Orochimaru asked the young Kitsune. "Yes… "Naruto weakly said, tears still coming down his eyes.
Flash back.
Naruto reaches for the apple… He grabs it and manages to run. However, a couple saw him take it like another child. They ignored him and singled him out yelling "The demon has stolen the apple." Naruto ran fast into the alley to hide. Only to be cornered and brutally beat upon. The man who ran the stall walked up and held Naruto to the ground. He tore open his shirt and took a large knife. He carved at Naruto's chest writing the Kanji for Demon on his skin. The wound was then cauterized by another person who was a Shinobi. Naruto screamed in pain and everyone at the alley was laughing. He went to through a punch had his wrist twisted by a ninja and then kicked into the trash.

back "Could you perhaps point me to them… I mean you're wound is recent… "Orochimaru asked, the anger was building inside of him. Naruto pointed to the man at a stall, the moonlight shadowed his face. "Thank you… I want you too close your eyes… count to 10… or sing a song… for 10 seconds." Orochimaru said to Naruto, as if on cue Naruto did as asked.
"Good boy…" Orochimaru hissed, and Naruto heard footsteps and then a thud followed by dripping. Naruto then felt someone grab him and they went into the air. "Open!" Orochimaru commanded, Naruto looked down as they sort in a way flew over the village. Naruto felt a sense of calmness and huddle against the man. "Are you going to take me somewhere… like an orphanage? "He asked the Pail Shinobi. "No… you're coming with me… for a bit Uzumaki-Kun" Orochimaru said with a dark smile on his lips. *I have him now… a boy who can further… accelerate my plans… I wonder what he is… willingly to do as to be accepted by someone... or me in general.*
Naruto falls asleep and the wounds on him close fast, Orochimaru looks at the speed and stunnded as he watches the boy healing the wound at a inhumane pace without Jutsu. *So much for Kabuto being useful at this juncture… I think I need to study the healing speed.* he thought to himself. He jumped out of the gate of the village and He looked back. *Hehehehehehe… Thanks for allowing me to take this… trust me… I won't be the one to regret it.*
He walks into the forest... no one seems to be following them. Naruto tail swings slowly, Orochimaru gets a look at it and sees the color. A orange-red... with a black tip. His hair Blond but with also black tips. Then he sees something that makes him chuckle... Naruto's ears moving like a foxes. he had a black ring around his eyes as well .. *hmmmmmm i know i seen this somewhere before... but i cannot put my finger on it.* with that he sprints to the east of Kohana towards the Sound Village.
along the way many villagers start to notice something as they throw a pale of red and white pain on Naruto's house. "hey... why isn't he coming out?"
