Madara doesn't need Indra to beat BSM Naruto. Its obvious why Naruto's power has to be restricted, only an insane person would say RSM Naruto + Senju Clan < Uchiha clan in that era when a weaker transmigrant plus the clan tricked enough uchiha into joining their side in order to wager a truce.

He wouldn't be able to do crap if he didn't have Hashi's dna + his SM + the rinnegan.

Madara and Izuna were matched by Hashi and Tobirama.

The rest of the Uchiha were average at best. At the time only the two brothers had awakened the MS, which means the rest were limited to 3 tomoe and under.

So BSM Naruto and the senju also amplified by Naruto neg.
