Exactly. They already were countering everything he did, honestly, without really trying. Even Kaguya would have been easy mode without her dimension shifts. Physically, there's nothing either of them could to to Naruto and Sasuke.

If you go back and reread, you'll actually notice that every single move JJ Madara does against Naruto and Sasuke is a maneuver to run away.

He couldn't land a single hit on them, and they landed many on him. It was simply a matter of time.

Yes but, Toying was not the right word to use there. It was clear that they were superior, madara is someone who likes to have fun, after the first RS naruto threw at him, he realized that they were above his league thus needing his other eye to get his power back.

Even his justu's restriction was upgraded from 1 clone to 4, that goes to tell how much his overall powered increased.

You're right, toying isn't the right word, but Madara never had the advantage, even with both eyes and IT started. Even the strongest jutsu he presented was batted away by the both of them with minimal effort, which is why it's even debatable that either Naruto or Sasuke could have taken down JJ Madara by themselves. It's certainly possible by feats.

The manga never stated you needed 100% of the opponent's abilities to defeat them, BZ stated himself that a skilled opponent can defeat a noob with a stronger weapon. EMS and BSM was enough to defeat a JuubiJin.

Naruto and Sasuke have the right chakra and the right tools, Madara has the wrong mindset and less talent, they dont need his full ability to defeat him individually.

Sasuke can put up a fight while he can use Ameno, but once he's out of juice Madara will kill him.

Of 1 eyed madara Naruto has a better chance at beating him than Sasuke does, at least Naruto can strip Madara of his bijuu chakra if he does enough damage. Sasuke doesn't have a way of dealing with his immortality.
