in episode 25 the Fairy Tail guild is protecting one of their own members (Lucy) from getting kidnapped by the phantom guild, they are risking their lives, they would all prefer dying if necassery. Mira made her faint so they could take her to a secure hideout of theirs and when lucy woke up she said she couldnt just sit by doing nothing while her comrades were dying to protect her.
