You notice how konoha 11 never changed their costume until shippuden?
Is it that they have thousands of same clothes, or is it that they never sweat, or change?? xd

Shipudden was much later...

Ninja's don't have styles of fashion so consider it their battle wear.
When they aren't doing missions they sometimes wear casual...

They have like one pair and maybe some casual clothes, back in the anime naruto only changed because his clothes were becoming wrecked by all the training, plus he was growing.

I'll back my point up with this,remember in the anime when Akamaru tore Naruto's trousers. Kiba's sis stitched it,but we didn't see him wear it again.
This means he had another one.
