Naruto clones like a boss

Naruto made clones in the latest chapter.
This means distributing his chakra over the clones
or his strength and such as well?

If it is the first, than his power woud be insane.
Quite overpowered.
With all the tailed beasts, the sage mode and such.
he could make 1000 clones with ease.
Clones without reduced strength.
We have seen that his clones have become durable
too. They dont fade after one hit.
All of this, would make him solo anyone, because
one six paths Naruto is already at least top 3.
Imagine multiple six path Naruto's.

If it is the latter (distributing strength and such too),
than he took on Kaguya on half his strength this
chapter, because he made a clone that took care
of Kakashi and Sakura.

there ok. I mean there probably on hokage level maybe higher, but i don't think there on naruto or sasuke, madara and kaguya level.

I don't really think that the clones are half his strength, i think he can decide how much chakra to give them. I mean if the clones really half his strength wouldn't they have the black balls behind them too ?

Excluding the TSBs and the avatar, the clones would have the same chakra level depending on the number of clones. They also retain the same jutsu set as would the original.
