I'd make Naruto=hulk ( more rage more power and transform into a monster)
Tsunade=she-hulk (strength)
I can't believe no one compared Hashirama to poison ivy.
Suigetsu=hydro man
Gara=sandman
I can't belive there's no comparison of Orochimaru to Mr Sinister (they're like the same guy and they'r both pale!)
Kakashi=cyclops (eyes that destroy what the see)

I know Batman refuses to kill people, but aside from that, there are quite a few similarities.

There is a character similar to Batman, without that rule, but I can't quite remember the name.

Batman doesn't pick 1 person over a clan. He stands for pure justice and talking things over. See that is the thing about Batman, he is more like a darker (still righteous) version of Naruto.

I like the OP alot better now man, And I think for the First Hokage you should combine Batman along with Superman. He has batman's intelligence and leadership, and Superman's charisma and personality. But he can be the same batman's personality at the same time.

Hahahaha Minato and Nightcrawler!! I can picture them both on each others battlefield, completely fitting in. Besides that, there dont seem to be many other solid comparisons. Jutsus and mutations are very different!
