part 1- he was to annoying but he had awesome fighting spirit which was cool to see,but he was still immature.
part 2- badass in fighting but still gets annoying more mature and yet we never really saw Naruto's fighting spirit like we did in part 1 due to the fact he was possessed by the nine tails easily.

but still i give this to part 2 Naruto.
