My opinion on the spoiler, if they are true, is that Sakura did not end up with Sasuke. Looking at the scene where Sakura is cleaning and the little girl is passing by, it look more like the little girl is mocking Sakura. This suggest one of the following two things:

1. Sasuke is with Karin, and they have a daughter who know Sakura loves her father. Thus, she is feeding her mother's pride by looking down on Sakura. This means Sakura is alone.

2. However, Sakura's outfit in the panel looks like a housewife. I still think the image shows more that the little girl is not Sakura's daughter. Thus, we may agree that Karin had a girl and die latter. Unless Sakura end up with Kakashi and was working in a library meaning Sasuke is actually with Karin.

Actually it was confirmed by a translator that Salad calls Sakura her "mother" not to mention the Sasuke panel on the bottom, she also mentions her father. There was also a release that Karin fell in love with Suigetsu (Which was not that surprising since they hated on each-other for a while; That middle/high school love logic) but at this point who knows. (I'll reply to everyone else when I get home. See some good comments here)
