Sounds possible but i think Sasuke will get acknowledged to some degree it would jus repeat the whole cycle of hate on the Uchiha again. It be pointless to do that all over again and another Madara be born. Good theories none the less

he would need a body to come back tho, even if madara uses rinne tensei (which most probably will), Obito's soul needs a body, so unless they Edo tensei him, he's not coming back.

He won't lose the rinnegan. Nagato didn't have senju DNA yet he was able to use it, just not to its full extend like madara.
