since chapter 601 i had the same thiking as your's...why?..cuz if you remember during 5 kages summit...tobimadara said "i am AN EMPTY SHELL of my formerself"...and spiral zetsu is also an empty vessel....however during the anime episode of obito's flashbacks...the spiral zetsu talked to tobidara about obito...if it was obito who was acting by his free will..spiral zetsuwouldn't refere to him in 3rd person...wich clearly means that tobidara was taking over obito's body and speaking with spiral zetsu...wich also means that spiral zetsu isn't tobidara !!
