Well let's see, he's sadistic first of all. Also, he's a man that takes precautions and that's why when he fought against the 5 kages, even though he was way stronger than them, he had created a clone just to be 100% sure that he won't be caught off guard. Also, in the previous chapter we saw that despite his arrogance, he realized that he would have problem had he continued to fight against both Naruto and Sasuke simultaneously so ,despite, reaching a near level god, he aimed for his riinnegan in order to fight against them with the best chances. He even fought against Hashirama with an ulterior motive behind of it. Last but not least, this a war and in a war you take hostages as well, that's what you're doing. Just because you have that opinion dooes't mean you're correct. You confuse his bloodlust with his ability of taking advantage of the current situation with the best possible way.

Well let's see: Madara can take both of his eyes back, he can force Obito to fight for him till he dies and in a way in his prime since he will have both of his MS and therefore a chance to awake the Susanoo and last but not least, he can use Sakura as a hostage to force Naruto to commit suicide with the possibility of him, if not to do it, to be left wide open or to lose his clarity of mind and thus becoming vulnerable. Yes, totally impossible.

Seems short because it all happened in kamui dimension but the dialogues were quite lengthy XD. AS I said, I wanted to emphasize on the specific characters since I wanted to point- out the interactions between them.

Thanks, and as for the hostage thing, don't be so sure: Kushina, Konan, Rin, Karin, Hinata almost when she was kid, all of these heroines had fallen victims of being kidnapped. Do you see the circle here? Sakura is the next one in the row.

I really like the part about taking Sakura hostage. So far the battles have been very straightforward with very little twists (we did get that Limbo Madara twist but c'mon Sasuke analised that in like 10sec). We need something to spice things up, some kind of hard decision and this is perfect. It hits naruto where it really hurts - his love for Sakura. I doubt Madara would use that many words, maybe something around the sorts of "I have something planned for you" or smth like that. I am more interested in Sasuke's reaction or will he have any at all.
