i don't think tht Obito can use the rinnegan techniques......coz if could,naruto's rasengan should ve been absorbed....but it hit him.......if he could use the rinnegan,his fight against kakashi would'nt ve been that hard for him.....i don't see him using bansho tennin or shinra tensei at all.......

Well the point was that at his battle against Kakashi, he wasn't yet the jin so he didn't have as much chakra as he has now. As for the ransengan true, but then again we don't know if by using the juubi as vessel, he can. We'll have to wait and see.
