I've always wondered if the scale of Kirin's power could differ depending on the amount of natural thunder in the sky. Nice prediction, but I don't know if Kishimoto will use Kirin in the coming chapters. When Sasuke gets power development it will start with Perfect Susano'o (Assumption).

As for Sasuke : I personally don't think we will see PS this fast , Kishimoto is a slow pace writer , and besides it would be kind of weird to have PS battling Juubito in a human form.
Sasuke is just like Naruto , development wise :
Naruto ( the original one ) got KCM , beat some Zetsu , got owned by Nagato and needed Itachi's help , then he pushed his KCM to the limits and boom he got BM.
Sasuke got EMS , beat some Zetsu , got owned by Kabuto and needed Itachi's help.
All he needs know is pushing his EMS to the limits before getting PS.

I have this vision of how Sasuke will show us PS.
From a literary standpoint, Sasuke's actual quarrel is with Madara, whereas Naruto's is with Obito. I believe Hashirama will be on the losing side at one point in their battle and then Sasuke will step in. Madara will talk to him and explain things about the Uchiha, but Sasuke will have a revelation about it all and realize that Madara is the reason for everything that happened in his life (Started the hatred, manipulated Obito to make Kurama attack the village creating distrust against the Uchiha, who subsequently manipulated Itachi to kill the clan with Obito and further Sasuke's potential hatred.). He will get extremely angry and then we will see a darker Susano'o similar to how Madara was to the Gokage "witness the full power of Uchiha Madara!" but Sasuke's Tengu will look different but on the same scale. His sword will be a colossal Enton Sword, paired with a monstrous Bow (And this bow and its destructive power is far greater than before), Amaterasu Orb in another hand that he can flood the field with Enton AND a Shield in another hand. 4 Handed Susano'o.

I liked it but I saw two holes first Minato using an odama rasengan do you mean the massive rasengan that Naruto and Jiraiya developed together if so Minato can't use something he's never see, two he has shown no sign of being able to use chakra arms and I don't think he can or at least doesn't know how to but other than that it was a good prediction
Odama Rasengan is the one Naruto used on Itachi's clone ( in early shippuden ).
The one Jiraya and Naruto used is called : Cho Odama Rasengan.
It's Minato man , one of the most talented Shinobi in NV.

But your second point I have to concede he's skilled that one, still it takes training to get the hang of it and he's not experienced at wielding that power don't get me wrong I really liked your prediction a lot and look forward to reading more

No no , you're free to give your criticism , but as we have seen in this show , Genius( Minato , Itachi , Sasuke etc... ) take little to no time to master something that took a lot of time from a hard worker ( Nartuo , Lee etc... ).
That's why i think that Minato can do it.
