(One large panel full of Kakashi and Obito kid flashbacks, similar to that of when Sasuke made his decision)
Kakashi: (Naruto, this is all up to you now, I believe in you..)
(Looks at Obito and sees a youthful Obito proclaiming that he wants to be Hokage)
Kakashi: If only we were born a few years later huh Obito? Maybe your dream would have actually come true.... So long old friend.

(Scene switches to battlefield)
Madara: hmph, look at all those Konoha brats, acting all mighty, they have no clue of the Juubi's real power... I wonder what's taking Obito so long... He should have been able to finish off his little friend in seconds....
Hashirama: I'll allow the next generation to take care of this, I'm finally here Madara, apologies for keeping you waiting.

(Scene switches to other side of battlefield)

(Scene switches to Team 7)
Sasuke: Hmph, guess I'll have to hit that thing with another Enton arrow...
Sakura: (Looking concerned) Sasuke....
Naruto: Sasuke stop your going to kill all of th-
Sasuke: Shut up for once in your life Naruto. Once I'm done with this thing, I might just rip up the eight and nine tails as well.

( Suddenly a wormhole appears in the middle of the battlefield)
Naruto: Kakashi-Sensei you did it!
Kakashi (on his last breath)
Naruto: Look Sensei, we're all back together again like good Ol times!
Kakashi: (Naruto, you did it after all..) (Smiles) I'm so glad....
(Kakashi suddenly collapse backwards falling into a man's arms backwards)
(The man is revealed to be Obito and he chucks Kakashi's lifeless body right in front of team 7)
Naruto, Sasuke & Sakura: ?!!
Minato: O-Obito?!
Obito: Your sensei's will of fire was weak, Uzumaki Naruto. How bout I kill every single person you know and love? Only then will you know true despair! ( Reveals other Sharingan)
Obito returns to the battlefield!

The kakashi you made is not the kakashi kishi made... you made a completely different personality, also he wouldn't just die from a shuriken... its probably a clone...

But it's a shuriken going all the way into and through his torso :/...kind of a kill shot.

And I honestly thought it was the right personality. Kakashi is close to death and he's seen his students fully grown and rise together....it's natural he'd be happy. Also, regretting the loss of his friend.
