Well evn if Hashi killed himself Madara would not trust the Senju because of Tobirama's existence. However, I think if Hashi killed Tobi then , Madara might actually come to some form of terms, because to some extent he trusts Hashirama, just like Sasuke still has feelings for Naruto. But we all know that doesn't happen anyway. lol And yes "Tobi" may have stated Izuna died of Tuberculosis, But Madara himself stated in this chap that he died as a result of the wound dealt by Tobirama.
