Naruto Chapter 614 Review: Konoha's Neji Hyuga Has Died?!!

I know this was asked many times but as in latest chapter Neji died while saving Naruto will he give his Byakugan to Naruto?
This comes to my mind because Neji cares for him and if someone as important as Neji died that means "Kishi is planning something to let Neji die in front of Naruto." Is Kishi planning to give Naruto um.. um...(don't flame me for this you can see I am new on this forum) "RINNEGAN"
I am saying because i read below two points on "
1) "The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it; an event which led up to what is known as the "Hyūga Affair". Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a single Byakugan from a Hyūga he defeated,[2] and goes to great lengths to protect it. At the same time, Danzō Shimura went to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it.[3] Unlike a transplanted Sharingan, a transplanted Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will."
2) "It has been said that the Sharingan was somehow derived from the Hyūga clan's Byakugan."

even if naruto got the byakugan he would know how to use it and its not like they have the time and space to stop what there doing in the middle of this war to transplant nejis eye into narutos head so yeah plus its sealed after hyuugas death anyway if anything it has a huge boost for NaruHina which is great

Ao probably got it from someone who didn't have that mark on their forehead. the mark is there to prevent the byakugan from being used outside of the natural host. so when they die, the mark seals the byakugan.
as far as naruto getting byakugan? no.

Well first and foremost you have to remember that Ao fought an unknown Hyuga. This could mean different things.
1) They made a wager. One of the Hyuga's Byakugan if Ao won and something given to the Hyuga if Ao lost.
2) Ao killed a Hyuga who did not have the Curse Mark meaning from the Main House.
