It an ok prediction but it goes against most Naruto logics. Izanagi does not work for edo tensei and why would he use it. Tobi has been a man of secrets and short words so don't see why he would start talking now.
Itachi has left the war to Naruto n sasuke so no need for him to around and itachi has agreed he would give sasuke all the ans he needs so he is just keeping his own end of the bargain + maybe a little extra

It was never mentioned that Izanagi does not work for edo tensei. The edo tensei can use their full powers, even their kekkei genkai. So Itachi (and also Madara) can use sharingan dojitsu "Izanagi" whenever they want. It would go against naruto logics if he could use Izanami but not Izanagi.

Tobi already talked a lot about his plans. He told the kages about his moon plan and naruto, kakashi and yamato about what happened to the uchiha. My guess is that Tobi will tell Naruto about linking sasuke to gedo mazo in order to give naruto some mental damage.
