I don't know if it's been discussed but on page 18 of chapter 238 we see the silouettes of akatsuki.

But look at peins eyes in the final panel! They are different!

And who is that big hulking figure on the left? And the guy in the middle, no one had that hair style in akasuki!

Someone looks like a bat too...Kishimoto could easily explain them away as Sasori's puppets.

They likely hadn't decided on the character styles, but they wanted to show that there were more Akatsuki. Oh well.

2) Dude, that was around 300 chapters ago. He just changed the looks of the Rinnegan, that's it. That picture has no relevance anymore whatsoever.
