Naruto has big chakra reserves. Reasons:
1. Oro disturbed Naruto's seal to stop mixing kyubi's chakra with Naruto's chakra yet Naruto managed to create many shadow clones. Later Jiraiya corredted Naruto's seal.
2. Naruto uses his chakra continuousely to keep 9-Tails sealed under him effectively. Jinchuriki are made only when they have enough chakra reserves to control tailed beasts sealed inside.
