Naruto Chakra mode

anyone find it strange how Naruto's nine-tails kyubi mode is completely different from all the other hosts. For example all of the hosts, when transformed into there tailed beast selves, have skin and what not. Naruto's mode is actually just a fox made up of chakra. Killer bee when entering his tailed beast mode looks alot like naruto before naruto mastered the kyubi especially version 2.
Maybe it has something to do with the sage of six paths???

Yes it's speculation, but the only thing different about him and the other Jinchurikis is that he has Uzumaki blood...

His bijuu mode is on a level beyond Bee's mode.
