Naruto already has the Yang part of Kurama, and as far as we know, Yang is the physical energy, the body, the life force, the instincts.

As the Yin is the imagination, the mind, the knowledge, the spiritual energy, it doesn't make sense to assume that the yin will give Naruto a physical feature (unless of course, this 'created thing' is 'lifeless', as the technique of the Sage of Six Paths).

Changes in Tailed beast mode human version: solid cloak, nice markings, marking on his back, longer horns, maybe one of Sage of six paths items (real or chakra shaped like Obito) sword or staff

Changes Tailed beast mode full beast version: solid body/skin, orange fur or maybe gold(kurama being affected by part of Sage of six paths chakra sealed in kurama), much bigger

Abilities: all previous abilities boosted, genjutsu, fire release maybe...

Power: much bigger of course

physical traits:all boosted for sure
