naruto carelessness

Looking at episode 364 again, apparently naruto's carelessness cause neji death. The guy should focus.

He's always been like that and he's not that careless. Plus a lot of other Ninja died and they weren't his (Technically they are but you get the point) Lots of Ninja killed by Obito.
