Naruto with all 9 Bijuu chakra =Adult Sasuke with no Bijuu, at least that how i see if the statement from Kishi about Sasuke being on par with Naruto.

Remember Naruto even using 100% chakra and being drained wouldn't lose the 8 Bijuu chakra he gained.
