Honestly,
Pretha Path solos naruto's entire arsenal since 99% of his techniques are based on chakra.

The only effective counter naruto have right now is frog kata i guess but it was only used like once in the manga and it was not shown to be that much devastating compared to the many techniques which have been used in the manga.

Rinnegan users have a certain period of time before one of their techniques recharge. So if Naruto can attack in the times that his powers are down, i don't see why he can't win.

I don't think you can punch repulsion. Also, Absorbing jutsu is done by reversing chakra flow. Kaguya was low in chakra so she couldn't effectively absorb the rasenshuriken variants

Wrong. The absorption jutsu must be activated. That means Sasuke can be hit with a ninjutsu/senjutsu if he is surprised and can't activate his jutsu before the attack reaches him.

Naruto can us the 9 tails chakra repel gravity jutsu.
