the only reason naruto was able to beat the third raikage was because he was a controlled edo U_U, nothing can harm the guy and has crazy speed and monster attack power so my point is that naruto just out smarted a controlled edo witch wouldn't have happened if it was the real thing (impossible for a kid to out smart a kage like that sorry) the reason i say this is because i think the third raikage is VERY underrated and most of the time not even mentiond much U_U

I feel that they are equal, but Naruto is only going to get stronger, whereas the 3rd Raikage is already dead, so therefore as an Edo he cannot improve
however i do see where youre coming from, - if he doesn't have control over his own body then we will never know as when he does he will be a lot more powerful as he knows his techniques better... anyway// its an interesting debate.. i still think Naruto would pull through though - he always does.

guys you are missing the point, naruto found that the only thing he can do is use the third raikage's OWN attack against him ... now if it was the real one this little trick wouldn't have worked (not in naruto's wildest dreams). so if you think naruto has something to offer against the real one then say it, say exactly why would naruto beat the real third raikage, and HOW ??

In a rematch naruto knows his weakness. I do however agree that the 3rd being controlled is what allowed naruto's strategy to work. Even if naruto knows his weakness he would find it almost impossible to repeat what he did if the 3rd isnt under the influence of edo tensei. However naruto can now use tbb so a couple should do the trick

I completely agree I don't think it's fair to compare an Edo to a living breathing shinobi since an Edo basically has their will and instincts stripped away from them and it's hard to guage their true power would Naruto had won that fight without fore knowledge on the 3rd absolutely not but he had extensive intel and was able to formulate a plan..

you have a point, but do you think that the third raikage would stand there and take it (did you forget his speed) what am trying to say is that i don't see a single way for naruto to beat him if he was the real thing
