Naruto cant be faster than the Raikage.....

Its logically impossible and ill explain why.

First of all,we all know the best ability to read moves lies within the sharingan. A not only did he state it on multiple occasions but we cleary saw how he ran circles against sasuke. We also know that A's lightning armor increases his reflex synapsis so much, he was able to see and dodge amateratsu, an instantaneous attack. Now with that in mind, this could only mean one of 2 things:

1.KM mode has to enhance narutos reflexes and visual perception to that of a level even greater that the mangekyo sharingan. Now i know A>B>C logic doesnt work well,but this case is an exception. While i believe naruto has the speed to dodge it, I dont think he has the perceptive abilites or reflexes to see it coming.

2.Plot hole.

The 4th is an exception because it was stated that he had top tier reflexes....he also had a T/S jutsu which we know beats any speed jutsu.

So you're making a thread telling us the Kishi has some how made a plot hole for the Naruto to be faster that the Raikage.....when the Raikage specifically said himself that "I didn't think anyone was faster than himself except the 4th Hokage, until now"....what do you get from those words?? Those words are telling me that There is someone else faster than himself and the 4th Hokage and he has just witnessed it....

There is a correlation between his physical speed, and his perception. Doesnt mean his eyes are better than MS or EMS. Real world example. If you play sports you would know. They faster you are able to play the game, the slower it becomes.

Goku wasn't faster than cell because of instant teleportation so why would you use the same logic on Naruto? FTG is a technique, not a definition of his speed. okay look its definitely not a plot hole i believe that with the KCM he has increase visual perception to be able to see and dodge the raikages punch, my reason being that if you look closely he saw it coming at the last second his eyes moved like when you notice something and you instantly focus on it and react well thats what naruto did. he saw it visually and reacted due to his super fast reflexes which are now better then the raikages not by much but still better.

The Sharingan Allows It's User to see their opponents move before they make it. Naruto didn't see the Raikage's punch coming before he even made it. He can't perceive his opponents attack before it is made, he can only perceive that there will be an attack of some sort. As such, he dodged the Raikage's attack through simple perception that the Raikage would try to stop him from leaving, through force. Naruto's reflexes were improved but not his visual perception. That stayed the same. Why? It's simple - KM Mode enhances his speed and reflexes, NOT His Visual Perception. Even the simplest mind would be able to see the Raikage's attack coming in that situation. If you cannot accept the irrefutable facts, then you shouldn't post stupid threads like this.

As for MS - It doesn't enhance anything for the user. It only grants access to the MS Techniques.
Sharingan gives it's user the ability to see their opponents move before it's made but with one crucial flaw -
It does not enhance their speed/reflexes. The user must train these things on their own. It does not matter if you can see a move before it is made, If you do not have the speed to keep up you will fail. It's as simple as that.

Logic dictates that the anticipation of an attack only helps if you have the speed and reflexes to dodge it.
Naruto has both. Therefore, Logically speaking, Naruto anticpated the Raikage would attack him and acted accordingly. He has the speed and reflexes to dodge, therefore, he dodged the attack. Hence It is concluded that Naruto is infact faster than Raikage, and that Naruto only seen the Raikage's attack coming because of simple human perception. If you know someone is going to try to stop you with force, then you anticipate an attack.

You can't anticipate someone like the Raikages attack. Sasuke and A both KNEW they were in a deathmatch and Sasuke has MS mind you...but Sasuke still couldnt keep up and got battered.

The fact is now Naruto is faster than the Raikage, for 2 reasons:
1: Raikage tested Naruto at his fastest speed when Naruto was still just in stage 1 BM and he dodged like his father before him.
2: Now that Naruto has the full power of Kurama in stage 2 BM, he would make the Raikage look foolish.

However I still don't think Naruto is faster or as fast as his father because if you guys remember the Fourth's battle with Obito, he used that Teleport jutsu at level 2!!!!

If you read the chapter when Naruto finds his new power ( KM ) he tells us (the READERS) that he can feel evil intent.

The case with A going full out on Naruto, he can sense him just because of A's murderous intent.
