Naruto cant be faster than the Raikage.....

Hey buddy,thanks for bringing me evidence. Again...where is he saying Naruto is faster than him? And just because he DODGED a punch doesn't make him faster than A. Again I'll keep using this simple analogy,If I dodge a bullet does that make me faster than a bullet?

sigh.... if thats all ur gonna keep saying then there is no point debating with u ... minato was the only person faster than the raikage... the raikage himself stated this... and was the only one to dodge a full speed punch from the raikage... naruto has also achieved exactly what his father has done... who the raikage has stated was faster than him...

I think him dodging the punch was just suppose to symbolize that he is going to surpass or at the least be equal to the 4th hokage
but just to play devils advocate. Naruto dodged one punch that doesn't mean he is faster than A....that's like saying naruto beat pain once so he is stronger than him....but a lot of people don't think that

First of all,we all know the best ability to read moves lies within the sharingan. A not only did he state it on multiple occasions but we cleary saw how he ran circles against sasuke. We also know that A's lightning armor increases his reflex synapsis so much, he was able to see and dodge amateratsu, an instantaneous attack. Now with that in mind, this could only mean one of 2 things:

1.KM mode has to enhance narutos reflexes and visual perception to that of a level even greater that the mangekyo sharingan. Now i know A>B>C logic doesnt work well,but this case is an exception. While i believe naruto has the speed to dodge it, I dont think he has the perceptive abilites or reflexes to see it coming.

2.Plot hole.

The 4th is an exception because it was stated that he had top tier reflexes....he also had a T/S jutsu which we know beats any speed jutsu.

I agree. In my opinion Minato and A are both faster then Naruto.

What this guy isn't understanding is that he doesn't have to say the exact words. Everything else involved that he stated basically summed up to that Naruto is the SECOND person to surpass his speed. If you dodge a bullet, well for one, good luck dodging something that goes mach 3 - 4. The whole bullet thing is incomparable to this. You can DODGE a bullet, behind cover of course. But the only way for the bullet statement to make sense is if you could dodge it in an open area. Which if the person handling the gun was from a Marine, SEAL or Blackwater. You'd be screwed. The Raikage had to move to deliver his fastest punch. Meaning he obviously went at Naruto with his fastest speed to deliver his fastest punch. How do you call it your fastest punch if you don't go at full speed? That makes absolutely no sense. Think about it. You notice when the scene in the anime it showed the punch in slow motion? That symbolizes something. Lorentz transformation of velocity. Physics do apply to naruto. That part was specifically to show Naruto sees his punch in slow motion, which at that point he increased his speed to dodge it. Meaning Naruto wasn't as slow as he thought he was. Not everything has to be straight forward.

This is false. It has only increased his speed, not his reflexes or vision.

If you started your dodge at the point that Naruto started to dodge Ay's punch, then yes, for an instant, you were faster than the bullet.

And it was stated by Bee that Naruto in BM was nearly as fast as Minato. Now that he's in KM I believe it is logical to conclude that he is just as fast or faster than Minato.

You need to understand that this is a fiction comic book, a manga. A person can't actually take more than 6 steps in a single second, so neither Raikage or Naruto can actually be that fast. Go read a physics book if you want logic, not Naruto manga.
