Naruto's KM gives him speed. Raikage v2 Lightning armor gives him speed and enhanced reflexes/synapsis.

He's not faster than the Raikage. He dodged 1 out of like 7 punches.

Suppose two train (Train A and Train B) runs at the same speed (example at 100 Km/hour), to the same direction and parallel and if you just sit in one of them (Just think on Train A) and looks at nothing but to the train B, you will feel like both trains are still. Now, if Train A moves at a speed of
98 km/hour and Train B moves at a speed you 100 km/hour, in that scenarion if you sit on Train A and look at Train B, you will feel like Train B is moving at a speed of 2 km/hour. Just the same thing happened with Naruto when he fought with Raikage. For Naruto Raikage was not that much fast as they both has almost the speed (Naruto is faster though). Actually dude you can't use this logic. I agree though, Naruto's faster, but Sasuke was faster until Naruto achieved sage mode. The both of them haven't really fought since them. They did have a confrontation, but it didn't last long enough for either to really prove anything, except the fact that Naruto snatched up Sakura without Sasuke even being able to notice him even coming.

Also,what people aren't realizing is that Naruto was using his fastest speed for a majority of the scuffle. He clearly stated "I'll have to go faster." And the Raikage still stuffed him. With V1 Lightining armor by the way. He didn't use V2 until the last part.

This doesn't mean that Naruto is faster. It simply means he dodged his fastest punch.

Hey buddy,thanks for bringing me evidence. Again...where is he saying Naruto is faster than him? And just because he DODGED a punch doesn't make him faster than A. Again I'll keep using this simple analogy,If I dodge a bullet does that make me faster than a bullet?

By the way....I forgot to mention...the 4th is "faster" than the Raikage either....he uses a time-space manipulation jutsu. Its a big difference between T/S and actual speed. Please stop comparing Naruto to the 4th.
