Naruto is super powerful. I mean who else who can spam Kyubbi mode without dying, and take on the entire war. Madara ever since being revived has been on a tear and rampage. Naruto may be strong but Madara(Edo) is someone he cannot defeat easily. A normal Madara with rinnegan is almost impossible to beat but EDO Madara is something different. He might be unstoppable. Kabuto cannot release the Edo Tensei cuz he can just break the contract. Anyway, back to my explanation why Naruto can't solo Madara.
First let me say Naruto's benefits over Madara.
-Genjutsu cannot work on Naruto
-Taijutsu is difficult cause of his chakra arms.
- He has large chakra pool and can last very long
-Intellegiece. He knows all about the 6 paths of the Rinnegan.
Now Madara's benefits
-HE is Immortal!
-Never runs out of chakra
-Naruto is not proficient in sealing jutsu.
-OP'ness
Mokuton:
The flower world can trapped Naruto. If he doesn't blow it away. In addition the Flower World can even put Naruto to sleep and Madara could even move in for the kill. The only chance Naruto has is if he can stop Madara's mokuton in time and attack the sleeping plants
Ametarasu: This is useless. Naruto can dodge it. But if use correctly and at the right time Madara could injured or even kill Naruto. Uchiha's are known for their smarts surely Madara could trap Naruto.
The 6 Paths:
Naruto knows all about the paths. His Intelligence makes him have a huge advantage of Madara's powers but it also puts Naruto at a huge advantage. Madara can absorb all Ninjutsu so all of Naruto's biggest move might be out of the picture. Ransenshuriken won't work. Nothing will. I don't know about Biju Dama though. For now i am going to say Madara can't absorb it. This time Naruto can't take down one path and never worry about it again. Madara is on a whole new level

Personanly, I think Naruto is dead after that. He can try to stop it with Biju Dama but it will take a lot out of him.
Susanoo:
Naruto's full mode can try to take it down but he is not experienced with that mode. He can't last very long after with it. While Madara can go forever in his Susano.
Well that's what i think.
Naruto cannot solo Edo Madara. He has the best chance of killing Madara but he can't beat him.
