I know its a stretch to suggest this, but isn't the Namikaze clan a descendent of the Senju's or the second son of So6P? Minato has to have a huge chakra reserve and stamina in order to develop his tech's from having nothing.

No, he cannot restore the Uzumaki clan because he isn't an original Uzumaki member, he's real name is Naruto Namikaze, but the third Hokage gave him his mother's name to protect him. and he won't because Naruto is a stupid person that will not think about restoring a clan, because he won't try to get a girl from the Uzumaki clan, or any other girl because he loves Sakura....
