I want to take back my statement about bm beating Raikage 90% of the time, Raikage could probably easily go toe to toe with BM if it wasnt for the scar. No underestimating or overestimating involved.

I doubt he could, even now. Everyone seems to think that a TBB is an automatic hit. The raikage is obviously enough fast enough to dodge that, and without the Hachibi's knowledge he wouldn't even know how to hit or hurt him.
