My thought process in figuring out a way for naruto to beat madara has come to this:
Earlier it was revealed that the only way to beat an edo other than sealing him is for his soul to come to rest by some sort of revelation. And even though he broke the edo tensei he might still be confined to those rules. Not that I want this to happen but I'm saying in could happen so here goes:
I believe that Madara is bored because there is no enemy capable of contending with him like Hashirama could. He has said this several times and I believe if he comes to a point where he has to struggle like he did against Hashirama(near death experience, because I don't believe he actually died) then I think Madara's soul comes to rest.
Now the question is, who is capable of doing this? And my answer is naruto and here's why:
Madara's most threatening and unbeatable quality is his unlimited chakra, and there is no one that exists that can contend with his chakra levels. However, I believe Naruto is very close. it's already been established that Naruto has the largest chakra pool out of all living ninjas and one of the most all-time. Now with the addition of the tailed beasts inside of him his chakra pool should massively increase. How much it increases is debatable and all speculation, but so is everything until proven.
This I believe would help Naruto increase the amount of BM clones he can create, which helps against the 1,000 clones Madara will create. We also have yet to see Naruto himself in BM mode in a full battle. All we've seen are clones and his clones are only a fraction of his power and his clones are well above Kage level and he can create more than 5 of those which therefore means that 5BM clones can put up a better fight against Madara than the kages, and the kages made madara work.
Then if Naruto himself in BM mode can take on Madara head on, it would be hard for Madara to fight off a faster Naruto and summon Susanoo or that giant meteor. I think naruto's speed, stamina and healing ability gives him the best chance against Madara. There is no way he can win, but a near death experience is possible.
And if he does have a near death experience, Naruto gives him a powerful talk no jutsu(never said I couldn't use it) maybe he recognizes Naruto's power, it reminds him of the old days and he fades away into the sunset.
I know this theory is a stretch, but I'm just trying to come up with creative options Let me know what you think!
