Yes , and as many members said , it wasn't mentionned that Naruto didn't change the Hyuga seal thing.

It is very probable that he did changed that , being the husband of a Hyuga member and the Hokage , the leader of the leader of the Hyuga clan.

Naruto did bring Sasuke back and he didn't need to change Hyuga ways for Hiashi himself took care of that part ages ago. Neither Hanabi nor Hinata carry the seal, or do they, despite the fact that only one of them could be the "main"? I don't see one on the Himawari or Baruto's forehead either( I don't think Naruto would let Hyugas interfere with his kids after the whole Neji incident in case Hinata somehow gets Hyuga leadership). Unless we see any kids in new generation (basically Hanabi's kids if she becomes the new leader of the main family) with seal there is no reason to claim the opposite seeing the lack of the same in the new kids.
