Madara's own statements proved that infinite tsukuyomi has no relation to Itachi's tsukuyomi other than the name.

Also, it isn't known as Eternal 'Tsukuyomi' for no reason. Considering the fact that Madara created the technique, if he could not use Tsukuyomi he would rather call it Eternal Genjutsu not Eternal Tsukuyomi.

Then why is it known as Eternal Tsukuyomi? Also, simply saying "This Genjutsu" doesn't prove anything. I remember Kabuto called Edo Tensei, "My Technique". I don't remember anyone posting "KABUTO DOES NOT USE EDO TENSEI"
