Second: Even if it is Tai Jutsu that Naruto uses to attack Nagato, NARUTO'S WHOLE BODY WHILE BEING IN BM OR KM IS PURE CHAKRA.

With the first point, we will be able to know if Naruto is able to defeat Nagato
With the second point, we are able to know that Nagato can defeat Naruto......

If Nagato is able to absorb TONS OF MILLIONS OF CHAKRA, then Nagato WINS.
If Nagato is not able to absorb TONS OF MILLIONS OF CHAKRA, then Naruto BM WINS.

I say Naruto. It only takes SM Narutos to beat up Nagato with Frog Katas. Naruto can be in BM and have a sage mode clone as far as we know. He had a SM and KM clone in the last battle while in BM.

hmmm in an analytic approach Nagato has the advantage. Nagato has the rinnegan so he could absorb Naruto's chakra. But Naruto has a major speed advantage and as this is nagato not pein he doesn't have linked vision therefore he wont be able to react. Naruto can also make SM and KCM clones each one of them is at least low-mid kage level. So with this I come to conclusion that even tho Nagato has an advantage in terms of absorbing chakra Naruto will win using his speed and his clones
