Disagree. Naruto doesn't need the other fox. He needs to use the rest of his Uzumaki potential. EI:: powerful sealing jutsu and powerful life force. Besides, it would be stupid to extract the 9 tails just to give him the other half when he haven't even seen all of his Uzumaki abilites and the potential of SM.
