He Can also completely heal someone and recover limbs : Saved Guy from dying and recovered Kakashi's eye from when he lost it as A KID : this probably means there is no timelimit on when he can recover something...
Lastly : Shadow Clones ; If he uses shadow clones along with his healing ability to recover ninjas he Neg diffs every medical ninja ~~~( this idk but i think so)
