Naruto becoming too much like DBZ?

Hey guys. I was looking over fights all throughout the series and I feel like everything nowadays revolves around who has the faster speed or who can blow up the mountain. In the good old days, when Itachi vs. Sasuke, Jiraiya vs. Pain, etc. the battles were more intelligent, had more ground to them, and I found them to be nicer to watch. All the new stuff coming out in the manga has caused people like kakashi, mei, tsunade, neji, and bunch of other characters who were PRAISED previously, to all look like they are fodders. Don't you guys agree?


EDIT: I'm not comparing which SHOW IS BETTER.... jesus. I am asking if you think the fights are becoming more and more chaotic.

agreed with that part only but Naruto is something and DBZ is another, besides didn't you notice that Kakashi's intelligent plan almost blown Tobi's arm.

naruto isn't a fraction as strong as dbz
and you guys do know that most anime are inspired by dbz.....dbz's the best

And yeah, I think so. I've actually even read some Dragonball. I really, really didn't like it, but the power levels/differences in Naruto now reminds me an awful lot of Dragonball.

again no, frieza blows up planets with his index finger, shows no sign of fatigue, and does t over and over and that was only goku ssj1.
goku releaseing his energy is like 5x stonger then pain doing almighty push
and tbb does not equal 1 millionth of big bang kamehameha gogeta
heck yamato piccolo could solo so6p evenif so6p was 10x stronger
and i don't see anybody turning golden or blowing up planets with rasengan, tbb, or kirn
as a matter a fact nobody in naruto could hit dbz characters because they have 2 much energy around them which acts like a shield(remember hurcules couldn't get past cell and that was only ssj2)
another example is when goku and cell were fighting and they keep missing each other but they were stil destroying huge rocks 20 feet away from them
