Naruto becoming too much like DBZ?

Hey guys. I was looking over fights all throughout the series and I feel like everything nowadays revolves around who has the faster speed or who can blow up the mountain. In the good old days, when Itachi vs. Sasuke, Jiraiya vs. Pain, etc. the battles were more intelligent, had more ground to them, and I found them to be nicer to watch. All the new stuff coming out in the manga has caused people like kakashi, mei, tsunade, neji, and bunch of other characters who were PRAISED previously, to all look like they are fodders. Don't you guys agree?


EDIT: I'm not comparing which SHOW IS BETTER.... jesus. I am asking if you think the fights are becoming more and more chaotic.

i agree kinda i liked the start of itachi vs sasuke bc it was ninja stuff you know? and sasuke vs deidara but ever since rasenshuriken it has become all about destructive power

yeah, I find ever since naruto vs Pain, the fights have just been escalating to explosion after explosion.

the kakashi, naruto, bee and gai vs tobi fight is quite old style with how they are using brains to beat him at least, though the kage vs madara fight is just bs

Thank god for Itachi though. He's keeping it real and non-chaotic. Genjutsu like Izanami just makes the Narutoverse that much more interesting.

i dont really care honestly it hasnt gotten to bad people like shikamaru.itachi, and kakashi have made it interesting. its not like all fights are won now because of power but it just happens that the strongest characters use power more than intelligence. the only thing im disspointed about is that how naruto just like dbz is making the main characters to OP. the side characters have no chance.

in dbz if you didnt have saiyan blood in you, you were fodder. now in naruto if you dont have kekkia genkai or a bijuu you are fodder(cept minato)
