Naruto BSM/ Naruto BM= Naruto SM/ Naruto base form= X. X is the constant of multiplication of the SM.
So you multiply by X every aspect of the base form, and as in this case, naruto BM is a base form to BSM, he is faster, as naruto BSM's speed= X Naruto BM's speed.

He had Kurama cloak activated, and the tree sprouted near them, so there wasn't many places to go. Also, if you're reffering to amaterasu, the Kurama cloak will keep the flames separated from Naruto for a while. In the meantime, he can decimate Sasuke's susanoo. It's nothing compared to BSM.

Care to show a scan that proves this? You can't, because there isn't. The SM entered in perfect sync with BM. There is no characteristic of the BM that would not allow the multiplying factors of the SM to work, this was never shown. So, you're the one who is missunderstanding how SM works.
