Wrong. Even the data book states that Hagoromo gifted the Rinnegan to Sasuke. Hagoromo didn't give Indra anything. Did you even read the manga?

That doesn't make sense. Sasuke lost the moon crest and he still has the rinnegan. The crests are just part of the sealing tech. Their powers are part of them now.

Plus in the final fight, Naruto was using RM and Sasuke was using the Rinne. WITHOUT either of the crests.
