Naruto became like DBZ

It's getting around late-Dragon Ball anime power levels. Which sucks for a manga that use to be all about match ups and different scenarios. But it isn't like Dragon Ball. Not by a long shot.


Not until you see Naruto's long lost alien brother come down from the sky, fodderdize everyone, get killed and be replaced by aliens who fodderdize him. . Can we safetly say it's DBZ. .


Well, the Juubi is sort of like Frieza in my opinion. . Started out as Gedo Mezo (First form Frieza) Transformed into a massive hulking beast (Second Form/The one King Cold is rumored to be in provided that he transforms like his son) and then the third transformation is a freak and strange one (Much like Frieza's third form).

And the final form is the original, most powerful form. Eerily similar to Frieza's transformations starting from his first suppressioned state to his original form.

That's all I see atleast...

Actually this make a lot of sense xD.
But what I like from naruto are the storylines, the characters and their backgrounds.

I have to disagree, Naruto & DBZ are completely different mangas, with a completely different tone, while the scale of Naruto has increased in Part 2 which has drawn so many comparisons to DBZ; this progression is only logical as the series has always revolved a round a beast that upon introduction in the 1st chapter could destroy mountains & cause tsunamis by simply swinging its tails, the manga hinted even then what the height of its scale of power was, even still when compared to DBZ it pales drastically, characters in DBZ could destroy planets in the early stages of power & at the heights of DBZ's scale could destroy entire galaxies on a whim(Broly), furthermore DBZ relied more on the characters themselves to carry the manga not the circumstances of the plot & was a lot more unconventional in the parameters of its universe, no other series has combined spiritual themes along with aliens & spaceships like DBZ has.shodaimeicon:

DBZ dont have Ninjas! how is it copying!? Naruto is a series about ninjas and japanese myths clearly different from dbz! Kishimoto was inspired to become A MANGA AUTHOR by akira toriyama not make naruto a dbz rip off, damnnit

Kishimoto run off ideas so he is copying from DBZ to help him to continue writings the story.




Obviously the series became like DBZ for many reasons:


1- the senju and uchiha are strongest in series while in DBZ the sayains and namik are strongest.
2- too many OP and superhuman attacks in naruto shippuden ..
3- bujo dama = kenkki dama (goku spirit bomb)
4- naruto is dressing like goku (orange custom)
5- sasuke = vegeta (both are last in their clan and both of them have pride about their bloodlines).
6- sakura is screaming like palma and she will marry sasuke just like palma when she married vegeta.
7- jiraya is master roshi ( they used to be strong and they are pervert too)
8- goku in the end used everyone ki to defeat majin bu so naruto will use everyone chakra to defeat madara.
9- sakura will have baby from sasuke just like palma with vegeta (trunks) and he will save the future.
10- goku fused with vegeta and we had goketa while naruto will fuse with sasuke and so6p will reborn again.




Finally kishimoto should end the series where ninja die by kunai since it was more fun and easy to believe but
He started to copy dragonball Z and right now everything is missed up :T_T:

I'm sorry if this is offensive, I am trying my hardest not to be:
1) That is a stupid reason
2) There was plenty of superhuman attacks in anime before DBZ
3) So anything that happens to be round and explodes is a rip off spirit bomb?
4) Naruto has always worn orange
5) Sasuke is closer to Kurapika, not Vegeta
6) Nearly every shonen girl/whines screams, how is that a rip off?
7) Nearly every anime has a pervert
8) Naruto hasn't defeated Madara yet, don't bring specualtion into your opinion
9) Like 8, this hasn't happened yet
10) Again, this hasn't happened yet (and most likely never will)

A third of this is ignorant assumptions, the other third is something that happens in every anime and the other third is just plain stupidity. You need to watch more anime than DBZ and Naruto.

And to top it all off, the Yonbi (four-tail, four-star) is SON GOKUU! :-O

That's called a reference, Kishi does it often.

Oh yeah, and it's also from "Journey to the West", which is what the author of DBZ "ripped off"
-Son Goku means monkey king, so of course the Bijuu is going to be a monkey
-Both Son Goku and Roshi are characters from Journey to the West, which inspired DBZ.

So it isn't 100% confirmed that Naruto did this as a reference to DBZ, but could have rather referenced something that DBZ had already referenced (Journey to the west). I wouldn't be surprised if Naruto did reference DBZ, however, as Kishi has done so before (E.g. In Part 1 you see a Chiaotzu mask hanging on the wall).
