I saw this somewhere and totaly agreed on how Naruto was ranked. I'm not a fanboy or anything (even though Naruto, Itachi, and Minato and Kakashi and my Favs), here it is!

These ranks are based on feats, role in the story line, and statements. Some ranks can and probably will change as new information, I.E. feats, statements, or role in the story line, comes to light. The order people are listed in ranks do not reflect their strength all that matters is the rank they are given.

just for the record:
-Ninjutsu use is pointless...
-Shinra tensei prevents ftg
-Chibaku traps; Even if he gets out of it, as long as he is close enough, he is still trapped...
-Killing jutsu much better than the reaper summon...
