For a longass time the main reason Naruto wanted to reach his dream and become Hokage was because he wanted to be acknowledged by the village due to him being shunned on and treated wrong by the village.
We then find out that he decided he will never want to be Hokage unless he can save his friend. Naruto didn't do that himself, but regardless Sasuke is "good" now.
Ever since Pain, Naruto has been seen as a hero. Everyone in the village acknowledges him. After this war he'll be seen as a hero to the ninja world. So why would he want to become Hokage? It's like Itachi said It's not that "The one who becomes Hokage" is acknowledged by everyone. But "The one who is acknowledged by everyone" becomes Hokage. Naruto is already acknowledged.
So at this point i can't see any other reason for him wanting to be Hokage other then reaching his 'dream' but also because he wants to beat Sasuke.
Sasuke doesn't care about any of that. He doesn't care about being stronger then Naruto at this point, he doesn't care about this rivalry. This is much more personal to Sasuke, then just a "dream" He wants to change the village after what he and his brother was put through and how everything works. In a way Sasuke being Hokages makes sense, afterall the whole Uchiha coup and everything else has nothing to do with Naruto. It's none of his business.
I think Naruto and Sasuke will fight. Naruto will beat him or tie with him, but will also give the Hokage position to Sasuke, realizing that this is much more then a "dream" to Sasuke. The problem is that nobody will want Sasuke to become the Hokage, and this will eat him inside i think. It's going to be Naruto's strugell to Hokage 10x basically.
