This is used or given three times and expires at a certain time when a user is having three active infractions and break rules that is subject to bans.

This are complete restrictions given by site staff when a user breaks the rules it leads the user or removes the ability of the user to log on with a certain account which the punishement was due to ,Such bans are given for a period of time and expires or over time is invalid..
Permanent Bans :This Are bans which as the heading implies is or never goes this may be accompanied with ip bans or so.
